Who I Help

Counseling services for contentment and well-being

As a long time resident of the Northern Virginia area, I am well aware of the opportunities and challenges that living in our environment offers. This is one reason why I am so dedicated to offering counseling services to those living and working in the Alexandria area. I have a passion for helping my clients find a balance between work, family and self. I have experience assisting those seeking relief and healing from trauma, anxiety and depression. Through the use of research based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), I help clients address the difficulties they encounter and find greater contentment for themselves and in their relationships.
