I’m Here to Help

Counseling services for contentment and well-being

A longtime resident of Northern Virginia, I appreciate the beauty and opportunities our region offers but also understand the unique challenges that come with it. I am dedicated to helping those living or working in the Alexandria area overcome trauma, manage anxiety or depression, and successfully navigate difficult life changes.

Whatever is holding you back, you can find peace and well-being. With an experienced, empathetic counselor on your side and the use of evidence-based therapy tools, contentment is possible.
